headlight switch
Anyone know how to remove a 46 Ford pickup headlight switch ? Looks like there must be a release somewhere to remove the knob assembly ?

Re: headlight switch
Look for a small "button" on the top of the flat metal piece. Push it down and pull the knob/shaft out.

Re: headlight switch
If the switch is the same as in my '46 Coupe, there is a slot on the top side of the switch, where you insert a small screwdriver, give it a bit of a twist then pull the knob and twist it right or left (cant' remember) as you pull on it.
