Default New Jersey historic plate

is a New Jersey Historic license plate worth anything. I have one that is like new, there is no year on the plate. the plate number is QQ-G634

Do you have to have a pair in NJ? In Washington you only need one.

I believe that in NJ 49 and earlier you can run with one on the back but they do give you two.

First time I heard of a jurisdiction the "gives" plates, usually one has to pay for them.
