ok, more steering box....
A few weeks ago everyone was chiming in on what to fill the box with.
I have had a lot of seepage of the 600 w oil so I picked up a tube of JD Corn Head Grease as I see some folks use that. So now wondering, before I put it in, should I flush the thing or just put it in? I guess eventually all the liquid oil will drain out and I can put more JD Corn Head grease in, but I just wanted to get some opinions. Also, I know it should be full enough to lube all the workings inside, but how full should I make it? THANKS! JackD |

Re: ok, more steering box....
Right now, you likely have worn bushing issues. Start using the grease, and you will likely have bushing issues along with worm & sector issues too. Your choice!
