Default Where does this wrench fit in?

The attached photo shows the standard A wrenches along with a weird one. Can anyone identify where it fits?

I've seen those on sale a couple of times, listed as "very early Ford", "pre-Model T". "Model N", etc. As far as I could tell, the attempts at dating were speculative and no evidence was even hinted at.
Wills' development of Ford's script emblem may well be datable as an earliest point...

Thanks guys. Joop sent me a picture out of a 1912 T parts list and it is shown there. It is in some of my late brother's stuff that I am trying to go thru.
