I wanted to repaint the V8 in the center of my 34 hubcaps--Found what seems to be a very close match--Dupli-Color DE 1601 Ford Blue engine paint--

Sign painter's "One Shot" enamel, Reflex Blue is a good match. Available at most auto paint retailers.
