What head is this?
This is a car on Craigslist in Winter Haven, Florida. I have never see a flat-head head where the sparkplugs are at this position. Photo below. The seller says it just has "High Speed Head" written on it. The link to the listing is below.

Re: What head is this?
I was trying to figure out what that pump was below the alternator, then I saw the A/C blower unit in the cabin. Are these common? Seems like a big draw on a low HP engine. How much could the fancy head add?

I've had an A/C in my slant Town sedan since 2010. Works great, and the car is cool in the CA summer heat.

Re: What head is this?
Ken Davis makes a kit. Several people in my club have them. It does not seem to slow down the car and only takes a couple horsepower to run them.
