Default Rear Fender for Leatherback

Been working on a complete restoration of a 60B. Literally bought it in parts 7 years ago. Finally prepared to mount fenders but now realizing the rears must be from another car, although they’ve now been beautifully filled sanded and painted. There are not the three holes to mount to the rear lower body panel so maybe they’re from a coupe or roadster? Anyone know if all of the 28/29 sedan fenders are the same or am I looking for something unique because it’s a leatherback? A few pics attached. Cheers.

I can't tell from your photo what fender you have, but these four photos are of a 29 right rear sedan fender. See if your fender matches my photos. I see you have the drum tail lights, therefore your rear fenders will NOT have the hole for mounting the tail light like my fenders have. Other than that, your rear fenders and mine should be identical. BTW, your car looks lovely!

it looks to me that it is a 28-29 sedan fender and it should bolt right on. I think you are talking the three holes for the rear body apron. you will need to drill them . the 28-29 tudor uses the same fender and does not have the rear apron so the holes are not needed.

Thanks guys, correct, I am referring to missing the three holes for the rear apron. I was just concerned the “correct” fender might be a different shape. If it’s just drilling holes, no big deal!

John: I was never aware of the difference between fordor and tudor rear fenders. Fordors have the rear body apron and tudors do not, hence extra holes in the fordor fenders. Thanks.
