I can't tell you, with any degree of certainty, exactly when fender skirts were offered on Fords or any other makes however, I can tell you that fender skirts were an after-market item available for most cars in the '30's. The primary purpose was to add style in the form of streamlining (a big design feature of automobiles at that time). Like someone said, skirts are one of those accessories that you either love or hate... For me, I love fender skirts, especially on Fat Fendered Fords!!!

Stunning, would love to see more details. Love the skirts, they should not work on a 33/34 but you have just shown they really do. Amazing car.
