Re: Covid
Dearest Charlie and Alice: Prayers for your sister and BIL, and (of course) for you both! This Covid is not for the faint of heart, but our God is stronger and I pray will provide you comfort in your time of need. You KNOW your Fordbarn family is praying for you!

Ian Vaccine rollout is slow -We don't have the disease burden that other countries have to drive it faster . As a health worker I get my first shot tomorrow.-Karl

Re: Covid
You're in my thoughts Charlie. Also you're a class act for letting us know about delays or why you might not respond right away.

Re: Covid
Sorry to hear. I thought most 65+ have been vaccinated. I don't know your family memebers age or situation.
I get my second this week. A vaccine isn't going to make you 100% immune forever, but it's a way to introduce your immune system to this new virus to fight it better forever. There will be boosters in the future to help with mutations. Best to shakehands with this virus by getting a shot then just getting it and rolling the dice in my thinking. My brother is a pharmacist. He says this will be around for a while and the sooner people get acquainted with it the better. Get a shot and let your body do it's thing. Sorry to go on. Fuel/carbs/flatheads are secondary to your family. I hope your brother-in-law pulls through well. Be well everyone! |
