Default sealing headbolts

are there any head studs that should not be sealed ?

Originally the holes in the block did not go into water, this may not be true today? I just put anti-seize on the block end, and oil the nuts. If you are concerned about leaks, be sure the head is smooth where the nuts ride, if not, re-spot face them.

thanks jim . i sealed all . i had rust on the threads of several studs . just making sure i did good (not mine , helping a guy) ............. steve

I seal ALL mine with Blue Loctite. Why not?? Bill W.
