Sorry to hear so many Barners have or had unpleasant marriages to the extent they would let the wife go before the car.
As a veteran of multiple marriages, I gotta say that I love our Model A but if I had to pick one, the wife wins......

I think it got better. At first she kept asking me why I bought the truck and not a tudor. But after a few car shows, parades and rides to the park to walk the dog, she loves all the waves and smiles. And spending more time together that we both enjoy.
