Default Mitchell Overdrives

I have tried to contact them by phone. Their line is disconnected. I hope they are still in business or is this a wildfire problem?

Just a thought...I know several "A" owners who have the Mitchell units. They are a great product and deliver the shifting flexibity so necessary in the "A". With the backlog of Mitchells you might want to consider a Borg Warner T5 transmission. I have one in my '30 Cabriolet and love it. It has 5 forward gears, shifts beautifully, never grinds, climbs hills easily, and gas MPG on trips is 20-21+ MPG. Most of my driving on country roads is 45-50 MPH in 4th gear; open roads or interstates cruises at 55-60 MPH in 5th gear. For me a big plus was only one shifter on the floor instead of two. With either unit you will be fine. Good luck! Gary D
