Default What books/websites are best for wood and sheetmetal installation?

Hello all!
Got 3 similar but separate questions:

I am in need of any books or websites that go into good detail on installing the wood into the 28/29 CCPU cab including the body blocks and pads down below. Ive heard Les Andrews Vol II has great detail on the roof wood but does not mention the door posts. I have also been recommended "Restoring the Model A Pickup" by Mac Hil but Snyders description mentions its a tad vague in details...

Second question string is any books or websites outlining how to and what kind of fender welt and anti squeak goes between all the rest of the sheetmetal on a 28-29 AA truck with long splash aprons and rear fenders? Or things including how to mount the hood shelves wood blocks and fender welt, the anti squeak that goes between the cowl panel and door post on the cab and around the gas tank, etc.

Essentially what I have is a bare restored driveable frame, a cab thats ready for media blasting and priming then wood install, fully restored splash aprons, running boards, front fenders, and rear fenders. Disassembly of what was left of the truck was more of a recover what you can but no signs of anything anywhere so i have nothing to go by.

I have no idea what hardware to use and where, nor what sizes, locations of fender welt and anti squeak. Im looking for materials to read and learn.

3rd question is what is the name of the place in I believe Tennessee that specializes in restoring the gas tanks? They cut it open, sandblast the inside and out, weld it back together, pressure test it, then coat the inside in ethanol safe sealer. Seems like the best method for ensuring a problem free leak free gastank for my lifetime.

Thank you all in advance and sorry for my shotgun of questions haha.
