You can enter the car in the Touring A class at the Eastern Meet. You'll get plenty of votes for that 3 window.

I am rebuilding a 1935 five window delux coupe. yours looks good. where or how did you come up with a nice grill in that car? I have not had any luck finding a good grill for mine.

Got the grill from Dick Spadaro - perfect original - then had it rechromed by Jon Wright - Custom Chrome Plating - Grafton, Ohio

You did a beautiful job on that car Peter. I like everything about it. They just don't come any nicer than a '35 3 window coupe IMO.
I don't know all the build details on your car, but from what I do know and can see in your pictures, there is no reason why that car can not go on the show field in Touring A or possibly in Touring.
Will be looking forward to meeting you and seeing your car in Gettysburg this coming June

well done pete, looks great and black tyres suit it , 3 years ?blimey, I tore my 39 coupe apart 26 years ago,i,m on the back end of finishing it but my recent 51 f1 import is getting lots of (unexpected) work done so I can use it so sadly the 39 is on the backburner for a little longer....my 37 zephyr coupe has also been apart for 26 years ,I,m hoping to start it when the 39 is finished ,no boredom in this house that's for sure ,cheers jim.
