Rumble seat dimensions ??

Can someone tell me the dimensions of the rumble backrest for a 28 sport coupe. I have cut the ribs out of plywood & will attach a plywood sheet to the ribs. then use foam to form the backrest & cover with vinyl. I assume (that word again)that the rumble cushion would be the dimensions of the rumble seat platform? Thanks in advance.
