I have not received the parts, or a refund. It has been almost two months and it looks as if I am out $355, for a new high compression head and two blade aluminum fan.

I would post all the identifying info I could on this forum under a new thread to make it very obvious and just reference a link to this thread for those that want to see how it all unfolded. There may be other recourses with ebay etc; but at least get it out in the open here. Right now it is buried. Make his name part of the title.

yep of course his name is there but at this point, buried.
I still think a fresh thread with his name in the thread as someone to avoid would be far more effective
