Default Burn Out?

Seriously, Family,
Am I "BURNING YOU OUT" with all my B.S, observations, advice, tips, etc?
My "secret admirer" E-Mailed me today and hoped that I spilled a whole bottle of Loctite on my keyboard! (I already destroyed one keyboard with white wine!)
Be honest, I've developed a thick skin and I can cease doing this on a moment's notice. Bill W.

NO! Just looking at your avatar and the fact that you are in California reminds me of how the hobby was in the 1960's, people had FUN, it was a HOBBY! The people still having a good time out number the ones that complain. Bob

I would suggest Bill that your admirer is much like myself, doesn't know much and understands even less. The years I have left are to few to not enjoy a grin now and then keep up the grins.

May I recommend a late 80s early 90s IBM Model M Keyboard? The version made during this time had gutters and drain holes under the keys to keep liquid away from the buckling spring switches. Theory is you can pour a glass of water into the keys and it will come out the bottom onto your desk without doing any harm.

I think loctite and white wine would have the same out come.

Bill, if and when I get tired of your opinions and rants, I will not open them any more. In the meantime, keep 'em coming, I enjoy some of them.......

Bill, your comments are usually fun and sometimes even informative. My only suggestion would be to stop using the bold face type. It's like you're shouting at us. And while it's true some of us may be a little hard of hearing, we can read at a lower volume.

One would would consider the wasting of Loctite for such a farcical use should be strung up with silly string.

Bill, you may be trying too hard.

From your comments, I assumed you were in your teens or early twenties. (Still don't know.) Sometimes young people try too hard for peer recognition but it produces the opposite effect.

You probably know a hundred times more than the average guy on this board, and certainly more than me, but your unusual comments may work against you. Stick to the straight dope. JMHO...
