All I can see is an A head mounted on a B block.Is there something different about this head?

Missing some head and exhaust studs and it looks like mice have made a home in the first two cylinders, also looks like it's been sitting in a garage/barn/shed for multiple decades...other then that what are we looking for?

Is it cracked just behind the water outlet at the outer stud or is it the picture playing tricks on me?
