Default Steering Sector ID Help Please

Got a box full of '37-48 sectors at an auction, and this was in the box. Shaft diameter is the same and it looks like a Ford pitman arm will fit, but the roller is angled the other way and is wider - doesn't fit the same worm. Any ideas? RHD maybe?

Thanks,
Will
