I have the seat for a 1939 cabriolet, I think 1939 Tudor's are the same. I don't think 38s are the same though, so you should check if that is your application

Hi Aquaroscoe...

Is your seat an original out of a 1939 cabriolet or is it out of a 1939 Tudor sedan? I believe they are different. Thanks for reply.
