Re: Missing Old Henry
He was on here last on 8/18. I remember someone else asking about him and he replied he was very busy with work and family..... Mark

Re: Missing Old Henry
Don't remember what it was, but he started a new hobby he was really into.
5-15-18 "Thank you all for your concern. I am still alive and well. I did a 5 Day road trip across Kansas and Nebraska a couple of weeks ago but haven’t written it up yet. It is true that my passion has shifted to my giant motorized glider although I still drive old Henry every day. Hope to post my travel log of my trip across the plains soon. Thanks again for your concern." Last edited by JSeery; 12-01-2018 at 01:20 PM. |

Re: Missing Old Henry
I can't imagine a hobby where there isn't rust and grit falling into your eyes while you're lying on your back in a pool of antifreeze soaking into your coveralls. Why would somebody want that?

Re: Missing Old Henry
I loved seeing many of the forgotten places he travelled to.
I often wish that I could pack it up and move to a place like that. Many of those places in Nevada, Utah, Colorado, etc.are really remote. Very intersting and enjoyable reading. |

Re: Missing Old Henry
I love his posts as well! That guy drives to Alaska with the original cloth wiring, 6v pos, bias ply tires and I bring a tool kit with spares to go to 'town'. 24 mile round trip. He is a real man.

Re: Missing Old Henry
I was fortunate to meet him and his wife a couple of years ago when he passed thru our town. I feel very fortunate. A true gentleman and Ford nut!!!

Re: Missing Old Henry
There was a thread where he had links to all his trips. Great way to lose an entire afternoon traveling to a lot of places in an old Ford listening to pleasant music. I still didn’t get thru all of the links. Great guy!!!!.....Mark
