Dick, I am hoping that you are having a little fun and humor with us, with that remark.

Otherwise it might be construed as being rude, and not in keeping with respect for other's view points.
You're right. I'd better clarify.

Although I prefer my concoction to prepare my fans for storage, I'll also agree with tbird that wiping down an unused 4 bladed fan with non detergent oil is an acceptable practice under certain circumstances, as is eagle's method of mixing some MMO with the non detergent oil before using it to wipe down the fan blades.

(btw, this winky eye icon generally means "just kidding")

If I remember correctly, you only need to Lubricate the Steel Fans as the Aluminum ones can't Rust!
Of Course I only use the Highest Quality Water Pump Lubricant on the Steel Fans!

So getting back to my original question.
Is the two blade aluminum fan sold in all the Model A parts catalogs made by the same manufacturer?

Why don't you call the vendor and ask? What does it really matter?

Not so! Post number 2 is nothing more than an opinion with no facts to support the suggestion. Wayne

For me the bottom line after achieving adequate cooling, is reducing weight and stress on shaft of my water pump.

Doug, not maring your face with a fan blade should be your first bottom line item....
