zenith 33 VEM carb for 4 cyl Ford engine

I search a UK Zenith 33 vem or VEM-2 updraft Carb to put on my model B(f) engine.

Yes and no. I'm after a 1932-34 model b 4 cyl. zenith updraft carb, but for the little UK model B engine and not US model B. It's the same engine with smaller pistons and only 40 hp. It was produced to pay lower tax.

I have an English B4 engine here , complete . Think it has normal A carb on it , can check in the day light, Not 40 hp thats about the large one size . 1700 cc i think 30hp or around that, Put a normal one on it Derek

I think it's approx. a 2200cc engine. (same parts as model A or B : crankshaft, camshaft, rods, water pump, distributor, starter, exhaust manifold, ... )
I tried to start it with a model A carb but it doesn't run well. It's a little bit better with a larger Zenith carb and smaller jets.
I join a picture of the original carb.

No nothing like that here, it should run fine on normal A carb , which would be plenty big enough, pos carb you tried may need rebuild, Certainly the B should be plenty large enough,

I feel that with a model A or B carb, the engine is running too rich. ( 2 other test )
Somebody knows this carb ?

I ran my engine with a new zenith VEM-2. Perfect !!! :-)
