Default Help identifying this head and rocker arm assembly please?

Guys,

This is my first post here on the forum. I'm trying to identify this head for a friend of mine. He is trying to sell it and was told the gentleman who owned it (passed away a few months ago) paid $5000 dollars for it.

I'm only on the up and up with the newer SBC/BBC stuff and would just like a little bit of advice on where to go to place a value on this thing.

Thank you for any help/advice,

Donnie

as stated, is just a new casting of the Miller Hi-speed head for the model A engine.....great overhead conversion, but not cheap. http://millerhi-speedheads.com/

Nice looking head for an A but mine runs fine like it is. One of these days I may go with the mods on an A just to see how it sounds and feels under wide open throttle.

It's a new prodution of the old cast iron Crager Miller Skofield head for the Model A-B engine. I built one a few yr's ago for a customer with the older cast iron head. There is a guy in Calf that makes the new aluminum head. I cain't remember his name. It's a beautifull head. Maybe some one on the Model A site will know who I'm talking about. Walt

Your right TK I remember the name Steve. I bought a water pump and gasket set from him for the Crager head engine I built. Walt
