When .mounting a model a engine on an engine stand, which bolt holes on the
engine should be used? Thx. |

Here are photos of common variations that pickup the water inlet mounting holes and a support feature down to the pan rail.
The weight center changes as parts are added/subtracted making the assembly harder to rotate.......pick one the is more centered when the engine is fully assembled making it easier to rotate.

Generally Never use the block bellhousing area on a V8, 32-48 block. Newc

Agreed.... it can brake and engine will fall down on the floor ...may causing even more damadge
