Default Model A Roadster windshield stanchion help

I know everyone hates these kind of things but I cant seem to come up with any info on these .I have these stanchions that I am going to sell for a friend . I am thinking maybe an early repo item ?? I do not know if they are for a chopped windshield or stock .They say Deluxe 30 , made in the USA .They are cast aluminum. So here are my questions .

Stock or chopped windshield ??
Any idea who/what/where they were made ?
Any thoughts on a fair price that would make a buyer happy. Not evil bay prices

Thank you for any help

I think they are for a deluxe windshield and they are not chopped. If I was selling them I would start at $75.

They are reproduction. The originals were stainless steel.

FL&WVMIKE ,, Yes,, most ALL were stainless steel and the very early ones found on some early Deluxe Phaetons [ 180A] were steel chrome plated. The stanchion's are the same as Deluxe Roadster which came later in 1930.. Which is also odd is some very early 180A's [ 3 known] have oval speedometers. If they were being sold in June 1930 they were being made in or around April/Early May. These cars did to have the Chrome Stanchions and the crazy looking top saddle bars.
