Re: Where was it made ?
The Murray Corporation built the body...From there those bodies were shipped to the varrious Ford Assembly plants throughout the world. Some in Knock-Down form...some already painted and ready for assembly.
Not sure if there is an Assembly Plant code on these bodies or not. The only sure way to figure out where your car was assembled...as long as it is the ORIGINAL body that was mated to the ORIGINAL chassis with ORIGINAL engine, is to find the ORIGINAL Assembly Plant Bill of Sale or Dealer Bill of Sale which may get you close. Re: Where was it made ?
I looked all over my Steel-back for an assembly plant code, but I did not find one.
