Original ‘28 Radiator overflow location?
Hi all,
I’m about to install a new Brassworks ‘28 radiator and am looking to have the orientation of the end of the overflow tube be show correct. Looking in the MAFCA judging I just see that it says the pipe ended “at the bottom of the radiator”. If the tube ended there, the overflow would be directed right into the front crossmember (my crossmember has a hole just below the current overflow that almost looks like it’s meant for the overflow tube to be directed to it. The Brassworks overflow tube continues past, bends, and ends under the outlet. Would I need to cut this? Bend it and direct it to the hole in the crossmember? Would anyone have info on the original setup or an image? Thanks so much! Mark |
