who makes a good set of properly fitting spark plug wires for the 8ba.

You do. Get some Packard 440 wire and a set of Rajah 90 degree spark plug terminals and some for he other end from the Brillman Company. A little cutting and assembly and you'll have the best set of plug wires you can get.

This universal kit has the stock look with the advantage of being suppression noise wires.
