Default Installing "Anti- Chatter" rods on an 8BA

It can be done by welding 1/2 inch thick steel ears to the pressed steel bellhousing and lengthening the original rods by welding in a piece of the same dia. steel rod. Make sure brake and clutch pedals will "clear" the rods when depressing pedals. Purists, be sure and use OEM bolts.

The ones that bolt to the bell housing show up every now and then. Some company might even still make them for 8BA conversions.
