Default Early Emergency Parking Brake identification

Was told this is model A Ford but doesn't look like one i have ever seen and i have seen a few. ID help appreciated thanks

Looks to be a 1928 Model A

The part on the right is the first version emergency brake mounted on the frame on very early 28's. I believe the part on the left is the second generation handle mounted on the front of the shift tower on mid 28's. Later Ford changed the pistol grip handle to a push button on the top of the handle in late 28 or early 29. Finally they moved the emergency brake from the front of the shift tower to the side in late 29 to the end of production.

It is not a left hand brake handle. Its for the front mounted set up which was introduced starting in March of '28 and completely replaced the left hand brake set up by June of that year and used through the rest of '28.

Like WTSHNN points out, that lever is not the early 28 frame mounted lever. Below is a picture of what the frame mounted early 28 lever looks like. Apologies if it is rotated.
