Default Crab Distributor Coil/Solenoid

I have a V/Rabbit Ear style distributor and was going to use it, but have decided to go with the crab style. The engine is a previously converted to 12 volt 221 so I have the starter and generator. I read qmv's post and will also get the NAPA FA54 condenser, but what about coil and starter solennoid. Any recommendations?

I am using a three post 12 volt solenoid. Push button on dash puts 12 volts to the small post. The blue Bosch coil is pretty good. And just cus it has me as a senior member does not mean I know anything

WOW! I just noticed I'm now a Senior Member, too, and only know to ask questions - have few answers. All information helps. Thanks Tim.
