Default 47 Borg clock wiring location

I'm trying to figure out what I'm missing and what goes where. The clock wiring harness I can find online typically have 2 light sockets and 1 clock power. I have only 1 socket location on the clock and also need to confirm wiring points.

From what I've read, clock grounds to dash, no problem. There is a terminal stud on the back that I assume I would run a positive to (car wired 12v neg ground) but I'm hoping for confirmation prior to cooking it. There's also a tab that may ground the clock to the housing but may just be shy a fastener.

The original harness has a bullet connector next to the clock that looks like black with a yellow tracer (under the dirt it might be the other way around). That's it no other unassigned wiring.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks

A 6v clock will not last long unless you use a voltage drop with your wiring.

I was planning a voltage reducer as on the gauges. The clock wasn't wired when I purchased the car so I don't have a point of reference to confirm the wiring locations.

The hot wire goes to the +bolt with the nut on it. One light fixture is pushed into the only hole available. The other ?tab is to ground the internal clock mechanism to the body of the clock. Find where it connects and attach it.

Awesome! Thanks very much. That's what I thought but I really appreciate the confirmation before I short it out.

I changed my answer. You'll have to find where the loose end of the ground tab is supposed to connect. On my clock, one end is connected through an insulated hole to the internal clock mechanism and the other is connected to the external clock housing to ground the electrical circuit.

Okay, open to insight on the ground again.

Anyone got pictures of the back of a Borg clock wired up?
