need a diagram of wiper cable routing have a elec. motor wipers park in up position have replaced motor with new no change tony

What is the direction of the "latch" the motor connects to when in park? It should be pointing to the passenger side when they are parked. The service manual has a good diagram. Pull the left vent under the dash and you will have great access to the pulley and cables.
