does a 36 cabrolet have a weather strip that runs down inside edge of door,,if so can someone post a pic of it thanks

YES - most of the V8 Ford suppliers in USA carry it.

These seals are affixed to the leading edge of front doors and are molded to fit around hinges. Macs part #48-701884/5 pair is about $16.00.
