This is a really nifty video of old snow plows in the heavy snow country of upstate NY. Old timers here are always telling me that we don't get the snowfall we used to - the late 30s and 40s were particularly cold and snowy years - so I guess they are right! Growing up in the 50s-60s, I do remember a lot more snow than we have been getting lately.

Quality is a bit rough - it's probably an old 8mm converted to video - but it's worth watching:
