Default Victoria brackets

Could someone identify these brackets? They came with a disassembled early Victoria. Thanks. Jim

Those go on the bottom of the front seat wood with bolts going thru the plywood and the seat frame. The outer holes are for the bolts and the larger center hole is for the seat support. I just worked on mine today.
