It measures .020 oversize. It has a small chunk missig on the outside band. I have an another drum as a doner for the chunk I did an experiment on another drum and tack welded a similar part in. It is only needed for balance or looks. No hub. The hub was removed with no damage to the drum. I used the hub for a Buick drum conversion but the drum was too nice to scrap.
