Default Looking for an expert to ID these wire wheels

wire wheels.jpg
17"x 3" wide. 5 on 4 1/2 36 bent spoke. Five of them came with a bunch of stuff. I think the right person would love to get these. But I have no clue what they are off of

Chrysler products usually have real spokes with adjustable spokes

Chevy standards are 5 lug. master series are 6 lug. Dodges I have are all real adjustable spokes, and also 5 on 5.5. - will fit a ford hub, so not dodge

I have a pair of 16x4 and say Kesly Hayes on them with the 4.5 bolt pattern. I have looked for years and never found what they really go to. They fit everything I have with disc brakes, but would need a spacer to work on drums dew to the way the back spoke flange is made. These look just like mine!

Dad had a 33 Dodge PE 4D .
Had twin sidemounts so you could see the odd wheels real good.

Sure look the same to me.

Also I never found a hubcap that would fit them. I welded about a 1/8 ring to the center to adapt them down to use a Ford hubcap.

qmdv, I'm not an expert, but I did fine one listing for your 17' X 3" spoke wheels; bolt pattern 5 X 4 1/2"...in the "Original Equipment Wheels and Parts catalog No. 141; page #23".
Plymouth: 1932-34 models pc, pf, pc... Wheel mfg. p/n m21253 ; Car mfg. p/n 601091
