32 speedo question
I find the repro face, but understand no one repro's the needle.
Has anyone come up with a substitute that fits the shaft, and is similar in style? Thanks! |

Re: 32 speedo question
For starters, none of the three manufacturers of '32 speedometers needles are directly interchangeable as the diameter of the shaft and the size of the hole in the base of the needle are not the same. So, I suggest that you supplement your thread by indicating which manufacturer's speedometer you have (Delco, Stewart-Warner, or Waltham).

Re: 32 speedo question
Correct. The pointer hub I.D. and shaft length are different for each make. To my knowledge, no one is reproducing that pointer.
