Default 46 pickup flathead headers?

What headers will fit a flathead in a '46 pickup? I only see them listed for '48-'52. Will they work or are they not even close? Any other recommendations?

Many exhaust system shops have parts like flanges and 180 bends.
Rent a torch and have at it.

Email or call Reds they were very helpful in getting the correct pipes to go with my Reds headers installed by the previous owner.

You will find this true for a lot of dealers in these old Ford's. It seems that the guys with the best selection of hard to find parts are the ones that don't have everything listed, which is logical if you think about it.

A phone call is always a good idea.
