Default Open Model A Engine and Transmission

Saw this today at the Apple Country Antique Engine and Tractor Show in Fletcher, NC. Engine runs on #1-#2 cylinders. Did not get the owners name but he was from NC. Engine was detailed very nicely.

That is cool. Thanks for posting. I have seen a lot of cut away engines but never saw one that ran.

This was built by Teddy Hefner. He has been a great help to me on my Panel Truck. He is a plumber by trade, but an outstanding restorer and a terrific painter as well. In addition, he is an honorable and trusted friend.

Thanks for the additional information Will. Workmanship on the Model A engine display is very high quality. I agree that Mr. Hefner is a talented person. He had several other antique "hit and miss" engines running on the trailer that were also restored to a very high level.
