Default Looking to find the owner/seller of this 400A

I am the Roster Keeper of the A400 Group.
A couple weeks ago I received some pictures of a 400A that was sold to Europe
I did send the pictures to our members but no result so I am posting it here to get help from the Barners.
I like to find the owner/seller of the car to find out where it came from so I can list it on my roster. The License plate does not necessarily indicate that the car came from Washington as it has a California assigned Vin tag.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
Please contact me at email listed below.

Joop, I see a Washington plate on that car. I bet someone in the Galloping Gerties or Evergreen A's knows who sold it. You can find their officers on their web sites.

Hi Ray

The License plate does not necessarily indicate that the car came from Washington
as we explored that route already.

Could this be the 400A that I saw a few years back in the museum at Red Deer, Montana?
If so it was bought by Bob Hanshaw (now deceased) in the early 60's in Elk, WA just north of Spokane, WA. It was advertised for sale in the Spokane newspaper and described as a funny looking 1931 Model A Ford. It has the same color combination.

I see things on this gorgeous car that barners argue about all the time, ie:whitewalls, intake/exhaust manifold color and he's running a paper air filter.

This proves...make them the way you want, and they are all truly beautiful.

Appears he has his hi-beams switched on too.

I am sure you are aware that just because you have a roster of the 400A body style owners, this doesn't automatically mean that all owners wish to be included on this list.

Joop,

Do you have any idea what color this 400A is? The color of my 180A Deluxe Phaeton looks almost identical.
