Re: Interior door and quarter panels
In the past I have always built door panels out of hardboard which can be picked up at any Lowes or home depot or something of that nature

Re: Interior door and quarter panels
Try ThermoPly, my spelling might be off a little. I have seen it in Home Depot down south but not up north. it is about -1/8" thick, and come in 4'x8' sheets, maybe $10. Alot of the uphos. cardboard takes on moisture after a couple of years and wrinkles (check out some of the older restored cars). This stuff is alot more waterproof. You can sew thru it. You also can sew thru 1/8" two ply plywood but have not been able to go thru the hardboard.

Try a local car upholstery shop, fabric store, or LeBaron Bonney will have what you want.
