Please help identify Ford Flathead

Hello! I recently came across this old Ford Flathead when I moved out to my grandparents property and have attempted to identify but still need help! I believe it has 21 bolts and I have shown pics of the markings. I believe a 1932-38 ?! Is there any value to it or should I just toss? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
