Default Electro regulator tester

I am looking for an operator's manual or any information on an ELECTRO Products Co. regulator tester. It is a silver / grey color and has connections to attach a battery for power, and armature, field, battery, and ground connections. It apparently can check positive or negative ground regulators since it has a switch to test either "Ford types" or "Delco-Remy Auto-Lite types".

The switch is actually because the two systems used a different grounding path with different regulators.
