Default Another "door box" mystery part

The pictured parts were also found in my '40 door box parts but I have no idea at this time what they are for. Keep in mind I took this car apart over 30 years ago!
My '40 was not original when i bought it (wrong seats, '49 Merc dash, Pontiac V8, etc) so they may not be '40 Ford.

Anybody know?

If I had to guess I would say it is part of the door handle mechanism.

I've had several '40s and never saw that part as belonging in the door handle mechanism.

They are very light weight in construction/design and adjustable with the rod on the right threaded into the coupler. I just wanted to make sure they were not important or needed during the restoration. Thanks for the reply's.

They look like seat adjuster links that goes from track to track. Judging by the length I would guess they are from some type of bucket seats?

That's entirely possible because the car had van style bucket seats when I bought it.
