Default Unusual Cap on 1928 AA Truck

Check out the engine picture on this AA on ebay. I've never seen an oil fill cap like this one before.

Looks like a regular cap with a long skirt on it... guess it just keeps the splatter down on the crankcase, and hopefully the upper regions stay clean ?

Lot safer for the engine than stuffing something in the top of the breather pipe.

I agree, and was surprised to see another one show up above from 3.6rs.

Looks like the seller got an offer he couldn't refuse. Kind of chickenshit to cancel an auction after receiving numerous bids. On the plus side he beat ePay out of their commission.

Well, I don't think they are presenting it properly. They must have overfilled the radiator because that thing is blowing out the top!!

Doesn't look like it's been raining.
