Default What emblem belongs?

Hey guys,

So I've been trying to find an emblem for my 35 coupe but it seems like there's a couple different ones? Can anyone post what emblem I'm supposed to have on it and does anyone have one for sale?

Mac's catalog...48-8215 $109.99 and 48-8212 $26.80.

You may have had a lack of interest because of the 4-barrel and Edelbrock air cleaner. We tend to be more traditional around here.

Cool, Well maybe the "we" should ask what I plan on doing with it. I bought it that way and plan on installing two 94's to keep it "traditional" within the next couple of weeks. My car is a project so I'm here to learn about what I own since I wasn't born in the 50's or 60's. I highly appreciate the "we" staying off my threads as I'd rather deal with people like V8coopman who actually care more about helping people vs how a car looks!

Thanks for the part numbers, tell the "we" to stick my four barrel where the sun don't shine! Haha

Thanks brother, I guess I'll just start Pm'ing you with questions since you're one of the guys who help me the most.

Isn't there like a ornament as well, like a dog or a V8 that attaches at the back of the grill and wraps downwards towards the emblem?

Yeah that one and there's a dog with the same style off attachments. Those are the two I think go with my car but don't know why there's two different ones and which one is correct for my 35.

'35 V/8 radiator ornament and emblem. The ornament bolts on and the emblem snaps into it.

The "dog" one (Greyhound) is an accessory/add-on

Awesome, thank you! Can just use the blue ford emblem and install it in that space in the grill or does it need the whole piece?

It needs the whole piece. The greyhound is an embellishment that can be added or left off. I have the greyhound on mine and it looks nice. One "show-goer" asked me if the car was a Jaguar because of that greyhound...LOL.

Amen Solo_909 ! People need to be more open minded on the Barn. It's here to help people. Not criticize their likes.
