Default Bringing a T in from out of stats, Need Inspection Info

Ok, so I have a 1927 T, it has no drivetrain, but will need inspection by highway patrol or dealership for title transfer. Is the VIN anywhere else on the car but the motor on the OLD Ts? If not, how will they inspect?

The engine number also appears on the top of the right side frame rail about opposite from the parking brake lever on the left side. The motor number thus becomes the VIN number.
